Ghosts Chance Inf4m0us 207	Posted - 2013.11.23 03:57:00 - [1] - Quote THIS is damn hilarious. his whole case rests on weather or not he can prove CCP + Sony EULA is unjust and unenforcable within the country of sale. and yet he never actually even attempts to do so, and hasnt read either EULA, or his own local laws yet. sure he knows that in rare cases EULAs have in the past been deemed unenforcable, but doesnt understand that that doesnt automatically mean all EULAs are unenforcable.

You paid for items that you agreed might be changed or taken without consent LOL even better is be bought a permanant (will not be consumed by losing it in battle) item and recieved exactly what he purchased. and he doesnt seem to understand that said modules will no longer exsist in ISK form either.... he lacks the reading comprehension to even read the posts from CCP involving the removal of said modules.
