THIS is damn hilarious.
his whole case rests on weather or not he can prove CCP + Sony EULA is unjust and unenforcable within the country of sale.
and yet he never actually even attempts to do so, and hasnt read either EULA, or his own local laws yet.
sure he knows that in rare cases EULAs have in the past been deemed unenforcable, but doesnt understand that that doesnt automatically mean all EULAs are unenforcable. |

All this BS about legal action and ****, stop playing. aur is useless not like there are any bpos on the market and most vets have enough sp to where boosters mean nothing ?? So u want the useless BPO's?? People are so short sighted, its like they don't realise new AUR items will be added in the future. EDIT: I bet those QQ'ing about all this BS didn't even buy the stuff, their parents did, in which case you have nothing to say. Speak to your Mom. Your as ignorant as the rest of em! It's not the money, it's the principal! I paid for PERMANENT items, I expect to have PERMANENT items. How in the fk would my bpo's be worthless in 1.7? Are vehicle NOT going to have shields/PG? That's what they are taking. You paid for items that you agreed might be changed or taken without consent
LOL even better is
be bought a permanant (will not be consumed by losing it in battle) item and recieved exactly what he purchased.
and he doesnt seem to understand that said modules will no longer exsist in ISK form either....
he lacks the reading comprehension to even read the posts from CCP involving the removal of said modules.
