Under no circumstances should I get instantly bled out as I enter objective E in Valor domination by a player standing at the other side of the building with a shotgun.

Under no circumstances should I be getting dealt 80+ damage from 20+ meters away by a single shot from a shotgun.

But this is what has been happening. The shotgun's cheap cost paired with its insane fire rate and range make it the most unbalanced weapon in the game at the moment. There is no excuse for it. It is a CQC weapon. I should not be taking 80 damage from a shotgun at mid-range assault rifle distance. If even one pellet headshots you at that range, you get instantly bled out, and that is not that uncommon.

Fix it. Either:

Decrease Range

Reduce fire rate

Decrease damage

Significantly increase its loadout cost

or Significantly reduce magazine size

At least one of those would help a lot, though the insane range is really the main issue here. I have seen people laying prone in their spawn getting spawn camped, not spawn sniping, but spawn shotgunning. It is really that bad.
