Taking advantage of a market, or "ripping people off" is not illegal.
Ccp delivered 'product y' after people paid for 'product x'. It is realy that simple. Knowing that ccp can't be trusted why would you give them more money? |

Knowing that ccp can't be trusted why would you give them more money? ACTUALLY CCP delivered "product Y" then discontinued it and gave everyone a refund. now if you bought a BPO with your aurum and were givin a voucher for $5 off pizza at dominos instead of recieving said BPO and using it for a while, THEN your analagy would be correct.
I don't do mental gymnastics, sorry. ccp are dodgy, closed beta merc pack is proof of that. |

Who would gain anything by suing (lol americans)? Most reasonable people will simply stop giving money to an untrustworthy pack of amatuers like ccp. |

Ccp didn't have the ability to see the clusterf*ck that was 'closed beta merc pack refund, skill reset, commercial release'.
