LAV BPOs, Vehicle Module BPOs, it makes no difference, I am exercising my legal rights as a consumer against a company that wishes to infringe upon them, by not honoring the original purchase agreement and not offering a CASH refund of equal value, of which I am legally entitled to.

Guess what dumbass, you used AUR not real money to get those BPO's. You bought AUR with you real money, so your purchase agreement was for the AUR that you bought, not the BPO's. CCP is refunding the AUR for the BPO's they are removing so you are still getting what you paid your real money for. So you have no real case against them, but feel free to waste you governments time and money by turning in your complaint.

Except the fact that people bought AUR to buy the BPOs because CCP made a post telling you that they were removing them from the ingame market and encouraged you to do it quick before they are gone from said market. Only to remove them after the fact which brings shady and misleading business practices into effect and this is not good for future outlook on AUR purchases.
