To be fair, you spent money on PSN credit to buy Aurum, to buy BPOs, by that logic, if you spent aur on something that is now being changed you should get your aurum back, not your cash, if you want your money back Sony is the one you have to talk to, you already got what you paid for from CCP which is Aur and they are giving it back so you can spend it on whatever you'd like, now if CCP turned Dust into a 34 player cart-racing game I'm pretty sure you could get a PSN credit refund, but you still won't get your money back as you spent it to get PSN credit, which would be refunded for you to spend at your leisure in the event such a thing happens. |

You bought currency, or bought a pack which contained the BPOs, you didn't spend money on the items, you spent money on AUR.
On the other side of the fence, the bottom line is, you spent money to get something which is now being taken away from you.
I guess it's in the TOS and EULA but do EU really give a TOSs? i bought my packs on psn store i bought the dren gear not the aur... the aur was exta.... i just spammed it on tanks...... i spent 300$ on dust if my valuables are to be removed can i actually get something of value equal to what i spen on this game????
You are suppose to bring this up to Sony, not CCP, you used PSN cash not Aurum, you can make a ticket about this to Sony, I know it sounds weird but CCP can not refunded you PSN credit as you didn't purchase it from them, a similar thing happened on Steam, a man bought Bioshock Infinite, apparently he has strong religious beliefs that conflicts with the game's themes that he wasn't aware of, so instead of asking Irrational Studios for a refund, which they didn't owe him, he asked Valve to refund him because he paid Valve for the game, by the way, he was given a full refunded since he only recently bought the game.
All retailers do this, digital and physical, Game Stop only offers full refunds within 7 days after purchase after that they can only offer you store credit, you can still bring this up to Sony but be warned, you will most likely get only PSN credit and that's if they accept your reasons for a refund. |
