Any scrub can pick one up, and use it effectively.

No skill weapon means no skilled users.

Anyone saying that swarms take skill is just trying to give themselves credit for using an OP weapon to take out an UP vehicle. Most likely from outside of render distance, because you know, they are scrubs.

If you put ScR as easymode then the AScR is for sure easymode too. Also how are flux grenades hard to use? Also you forgot to put the AR in the easymode category since the AR is the easiest weapon to use in this game.

Lol, forge guns are easier to use than swarm launchers. All you do is hold L1, release when charged (if not using the assault variant), blink eyes and it's there. Don't have to worry about travel time and don't have to worry about obstacles and terrain getting in the way unless you're firing from below a tank sitting on a hill, in which case you're a moron.

But a Heavy Dropsuit fitted with a Heavy weapon is the hardest thing to use in this game...

How do you define someone as being the best swarm launcher user, i mean all you do is stack damage mods, does that mean the person with the most damage mods is the best SL user? I am pretty sure the SL takes no skill at all.

You still have to hop out of the LLAV and Dropship to use to use the FG. Your a walking brick while using it. And if you've got the breach forge gun, your just a brick. Also, if your a heavy and can balance on top of a dropship, you deserve the kill.

I only have STD MD. I use it on my Commando suit (cos I'm hardcore like that). My 'Templar' ScR eats their shields, then my MD massacres their Armour. And the Armour of the guy standing next to him.
If it is ripping through someone's armor, then it's doing it's job properly

really? When I'm using AV nades, I'm in a LAV and outflanking the tanker, then ganking him when he goes round a corner. Maybe you don't know how to use them effectively?
This argument is so bad it hurts. There are modules that increase turret tracking speed. They could easily use this to destroy your LLAV. Anyone dumb enough to fall for the old LLAV trick deserves death IMO

You must have been facing nothing but super-scrubs and starter/STD fits Even the worst ADV fits usually take 3 shots to kill. And vanilla sniper rifles don't have the ROF to make 3 hit kills easy.

Nope. Nades are the most OP thing on his list, imo. Especially thanks to the ScR being an equivalent counter to the AR. Or the MD's ability to shake your screen meaning the semi ScR becomes rather more challenging to use without melting yourself.

I would like to toss my friends name in the hat. His toons name is Vola Crunch from the corp rejected clones. I recruited him into dust right during the heyday of the free LAV/murder taxi epidemic. This lead him to develop a severe hatred of vehicles of all kinds but mostly LAVs. He skilled into proto swarms before he did any thing else.

I don't spam AV on high grounds such as towers and hills unless the tank is redlining on a hill.

Getting killed by something doesn't make it easy mode.

Currently, you have to have the best tank to survive the best AV. And that's how it should be

Best Tank = Best AV

Best AV > Bad Tank

Best Tank > Bad AV

That's how it is, and that's how it should be.

Infantry share the same problem. Only the best suits and weapons can survive.

I nominate myself. This one time I was able to get a lock and fire the missiles. NOT one missile hit anything other than the tank. It was a perfect shot.
