We have tons of guys who play all the time. All players I play with quite frequently, at least every week and you'll see us play together all the time. We don't have a ton of guys but hey we all get along for the most part.

I don't think you see too many of us on the forums though. We just do our thing. We're a large clan outside of Dust on all consoles so things 'in game' don't really affect our numbers. don't really affect us at all really. Just like each other and our alliance bros lol.

Its true I joined the ONS site when ONS and TI merged briefly and they had allot of players in ONS playing in allot of other games.

You have two groups of people
1. Loyal
2. No "incentive" will ever be great enough (move to whoever gives them their carrot)
The second group of people are pretty easy to peg, the first group will likely leave your corp at some point, but will return when they feel like "coming home" Nothing wrong with a change in scenery, the grass is always greener.
The problem is stagnation kills clans. Dust is stagnant. Hence why so many people have moved on or found a temporary corp in dust.
I think there are plenty of long standing clans that will go beyond dust and keep together. Dust is just another game to a lot of them.

Molon Labe has a bunch of people that will stay together no matter what. We are focused on Dust, but as others have said Dust is stagnant.
We are still very active, although I wish the tenacity to be great in PC was still there. The shortcomings of PC have turned off a great many people that I play with. My hopes lie with FW rejuvenating the competitive spirit of Dust overall, but the obvious shortcomings with the lack of a player market temper my expectations there.
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

Especially having PC in an already laggy map (Gallente Research Facility) is just hilariously stupid.
