I don't mind. Killing guys hiding behind proto suits is fun. Destroying a million ISK in proto suits is fun. i cackle with glee when i shotgun em, or after they take me down i read ''+25 kill assist'' as my squad mates mop up. Plus its good training for PC, where every body runs proto.
But i certainly don't respect proto runners, mostly because i never see two squads of proto going at each other. One side always chickens out and runs free ****.
You guys are like the kid that always picked shao khan in mortal kombat, or the defending champions in every sports game, the guy who rolls around on the ground after getting brushed in soccer. The kind of people who play games on the easiest mode then brag about how you finished with the high score.
Yet you earned the right to use proto gear, or bought active boosters contributing revenue to DUST. There is a need for proto is certain situations. By all means you can do what you want with your proto suit. Fighting harder to kill you improves my skills. Just don't expect to garner respect for it. Case in point Nyan San.

Yesterday i was vs a squad of Fully Proto copr memeber who wont be mentioned since they roam aroudn in the forums too,but you know who you are.

This went on until i reached 25-4 and they still, send me RAGE mail. Saying how I was a coward and i should learn gun game.
LOL. Im a problem solver thats all....
lol, dat feeling after you kill a proto, they rage and bring another one, and you kill that one too.
