-Change shield recharge rate from 1 second to 0.5 seconds. -Buff extenders to 33/66/99 across the tiers with a penalty of 3/5/10% recharge delay. -Reduce every suit's base shield delay and depleted delay by 2 seconds.
There, I just fixed pure shield tanking for you.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Any higher base stats and the CaLogi would become OP again. im talking about caldari assault I know, but the CaLogi's bonus and slot layout would make it pretty ridiculous with our combined proposed changes. -35% delay with the regulator skill, their racial bonus, a pair of complex regulators and energizers could practically keep the suit at full shields.

If CCP fixes the tagging system they use for suit bonuses to do what I think they're doing, it would probably get a better armor specific suit bonus to make it more defined as an offensive class over the logi while the logi keeps its needed survivability.
