Feel free to add on to this ridiculous BS that's persisted in game that makes you rage quit.
- Getting killed by your own dropship when bailing out. - Swarm Launcher missiles curving around sharp corners to get to you - Heavies jumping into/out of LAVs instantly - Lack of turret shields getting gunners (in Dropships/LAVs) killed - Mass Driver camera jerk preventing you from killing the guy when you would have normally been able to do so. - Nanite Injectors only bringing back armor, turning shield tankers into a free kill for the enemy team. - Repair Tool unable to see health bars. - Passive scan picking up people on the minimap when you had absolutely no idea they were there. - No WP for repairing vehicles. - That folding bit of the MCC that always catches your ankles, slowing your movement. - Stupid Dropsuit bonuses (25% shield recharge on Gallente Assault?) - Laser Rifle range dropping off to zero just 10 meters out of it's optimal. - Laser Rifles overheat feedback damage being abnormally high. - Assault Scrambler Rifle never overheating. - Nova Knives inability to charge while sprinting resulting in unnecessarily long chases. - Sniper Rifles returning to the position they were last fired at, resulting in ridiculous damage application from Tactical Sniper Rifles. - Drop uplinks spawning underneath the ground. - Not being able to jump more than twice because of stamina, regardless of how many stamina mods you have. - LAVs either going zero or full speed, no in between (hard as hell trying to repair tanks when you move faster than they do).

You know if heavies had a similar range response to ARs, I'm sure they would stop with the LAV drive-bys .

-When using a dropship, getting shot from one direction, but the damage indicator says it came from the exact opposite direction, so you fly towards the enemy while you're trying to escape.
-Trying to aim in an assault dropship when you are only a mediocre FPS'r at best.
-Everyone and their mother pulling out some kind of AV when you call in a MLT vehicle.
-Prototype AV.

the only one i disagree with...If you play m/k then yes but with ther controller you can vary the throttle with your r2 trigger. ^^
The proto youve been stalking turning around and smiling at you...you know they have a douvolle and your scout just wants to laydown and cry. |

Or, yanno. Minmatar Heavies. I think it's sort of silly giving them a close range weapon like a Minmatar HMG and then forcing them to use the slowest heavy (amarr) available.

You forgot the bug where dropship turrets can't even aim around half of the ship, because if they look to enemies on teh ground near in front of the ship the gun will snap out of their hand and reset to the side. lol
Convenient since then the only way for both gunners to hit targets in front of the ship... is if you do a 180 and they both aim out the back.
Oh but the pilot can't see out the back. ...And the back takes 135% damage ...And this is stupid.
GG DS turret bug! We've had the pleasure of enjoying you since Uprising hit. Can you go a full year without being fixed? Surely won't be fixed in 1.7 when they remove assault dropships so the pilot can't shoot out the front of the ship.
Meaning in 1.7 NO dropship will be able to kill targets on the ground in front of the ship, YAYE!!!! |

- That annoying thing where the turret slides up when aiming too far forward. - Small Railguns firing like a shotgun pellet. - All small turrets being completely incapable of actually hitting where you're aiming unless the vehicle is holding completely still.

I believe this is just a product of their extremely short range. Sooner or later you'll see others doing this. Competing with the AR's uber range makes this inevitable.

Sounds about right.
Predictions are that small turret damage will not scale up sufficiently or appropriate to compensate for the fact that vehicles now have limited ammo.
Sure CCP said this would necessitate they buff small turrets. Which probably needed a buff before, but we know it will be a buff on the order of +1 % dmg. Lip service paid, vehicles still screwed |

Small blaster turrets broke in 1.5
They can no longer hit or damage anything even when you're aiming right at them forever
Unless you and your target are PERFECTLY still (read, never happens in a dropship lol) Then blasters are out.
So we have worthless rail guns and broken blasters. Mediocre missiles Turrets that can't rotate to the Prime target zone. (bug)
And now limited ammo. Which I guess I'd be more okay with if they were going to fix any of the above, but they won't. And damage won't be buffed lol. |

Trying to be a useful dropshipper all night- only to realise that one douschebag in an ADS stacked with plates has been midair ramming your ass for the past 4-12 matches.
And any other dropship he can find. EXCEPT the enemy ones which have Xt-1 missiles.
And then after you change gamemodes and stop flying he pushes you with tanks and/or follows you trying to get you found out.

Lot of talk about small turrets so I'll elaborate my views on them.
- Blasters are halfway decent if you're using the scattered variant and aiming at the feet, letting the minute splash damage take care of them (this has been a lot less effective lately for some reason). They have less DPS than almost all small arms. They're getting a pretty substantial range buff in 1.7 though so that might help.
Edit: Note that when I say that they're getting a range buff in 1.7, I'm referring to the normal variants as ALL other variations on all turrets are going bye-bye. This means there will only be Standard, Advanced and Prototype small blasters - no scattered or compressed.
- Small railguns are like sniper rifles with splash damage. They'd be amazing if they could hit anything and didn't have **** resistance percentages against vehicles. If the LAV is on any sort of incline they'll fire off to the side somewhere for whatever reason. Combine the fact that they overheat ridiculously fast and you've got a weapon in the 'never used category'.\
- Missiles suffer from the above problem and in 1.7 they're getting super-buffed (like, EVERYTHING is getting buffed on them, I have a thread regarding this). So maybe the irritating aim won't be so bad but I'm almost certain they will remain the only usable small turret in the game.
