Why must I be unable to prevent novice team mate from wrecking my ride? Why are they allowed to operate turrets ineffectively, shooting at unimportant targets while I desperately try to evade. Please CCP I beg of you to allow for vehicle locks. At least two perhaps, one for squad and a manual one for team mates. |

Well, are we talking about a whitelist or a blacklist?
I play a lot of public games on my own, and one of the things I enjoy is jumping into tanks and helping out.
And by helping I mean; wait blasting until there is an actual target, focusing on picking off people with anti-vehicle weapons and such.
I donGÇÖt run of with the tanks if the driver jumps out to repair, instead I scan to see if any enemies try to jump us.
Eventually I plan to put points in small turrets, just need to finish all the other stuff I need to skill up
I even gotten some GÇÿthank youGÇÖs after games, which is always pleasant.
But, if this blocks all from entering, that will also mean that us good co-points canGÇÖt step in and show what we can do without being in corps or buddy lists 
The two secrets to be a good sadist:
1) Don't tell them everything you planned.

You have a good point, however, there are far more novices than good co-pilots so I believe this would save people the trouble. It would also help to be able to boot people from your vehicle. I hate having my vehicle stolen when I try to recall it. |
