Plus , i use EVERY weapon in the game, i have it all, doesnt mean im good with everyone. Actually,except the SCR,SMG and the Shotgun im actually pretty bad.
The Best Damage Mod, its a Headshot....

The SCR users have been preaching it for the last 3 months... how come nobody is listening? Why do you think everyone is making the switch to Gallente Bricking or running around using SCRs and ARs in Heavy Fits?
The gun is good, but to play against good players, it needs the proper suit and setup to be effective (finally got my Advanced Amarr Assault this week  ).
Against a starter fit noob, yeah... you feel like a beast among ants, lol.
What makes the SCR good I think is that the Basic SCR is plenty effective. You don't need it Prototyped out with Damage Mods stacked to high heaven on it for it to be useful. However, if you choose to do that, more power to you.

Honestly, my gun game isn't good enough to actually take advantage of the Imperial, I routinely have to whip out my Ishakone SMG to finish guys off. Well Having a Good GUNGAME is NOT a necessity to have fun in a GAME, there by we have full auto weapons. (nevertheless the ASCR gets out damaged by a GEK) Having some sense of aim and killing with a full auto weapon is the right people with mediocre to decent gungame deserve. But when a WEAPON that goes full auto rewards more a player for their poor aim that a weapon that takes skill then something is wrong. There by, you can have BAD gungame, but be a GOOD player, like being smart, Flanking,cooking grenades,sticking to your squad,sneaking behind etc.... What really pisses me off is GOOD players that have BAD GUNGAME and say they have GOOD Gungame while using a duvolle and 3 Cx Dam mods, i mean , please....
Concur with all. That's pretty much why I think only a single damage mod should be allowed. Im pretty tired of Toxin ARs shredding proto suits in an eye blink.
That said, the SCR is a really good option if you have enough skill to take advantage of the charge function. It's a great option for squad marksmen / ground snipers. |
