Anyone else want this?
I know those 10 minutes before the match starts can get boring sometimes, and the Merc Quarters are just plain ugly.
Heck, why wasn't slay in the game to begin with?

Dust is sitll in beta dude, don't expect any changes from the deathmatch lobby style gameplay until they've ironed out all the problems with the core gameplay.
maybe Dust 3.0 will let us trade with other players and 3.1 will let us play Slay against each other  |

You could launch an attack on a district, start a game of slay, and be done by the time your corpmates finished the match the next day.

As fun as SLAY is, what motivation does the developers have to add it?
The feature is unlikely to draw any new players (since you can already play it elsewhere) and the most likely thing you'll have is that quite a few people will just play Slay, as opposed to fighting, draining the pool of participants for contracts (the core gameplay)
That said, if you could bet on matches, and buy new maps of Slay for ISK (single player), I'd quickly become poor. (Or Aurum, then I'd just be poor IRL as well) |
