Militia Repair Tool
Miltia Armor Plates 2x
Militia Shield Extender
1,849 ISK a pop. Play ambush, spam uplinks, rez your blues, rep your blues. I get at least 1k WP every ambush W/O a squad, almost pure profit and decent SP. Since you get more WP for rezzing someone with a miltia needle and then repping them with a milita rep tool, militia equipment will get you more WP in the end. Take advantage of blues and stick with them.

AHHAHA what about: C-1 BPO 2 Cx Shield Ext 1Toxin AR Compact nanohives. And not sure what plates on the low slots If im not mistaken with this loadout (i m not near my PS3 to confirm,at work) It runs around 650hP+
For almost nothing ISK.Will edit soon with the ACTUAL modules. Its:
C-1 Dragonfly or Covenant BPO
2Cx shield Ext
1ENH armor plate
1Basic Armor plate
1 compact nanohive
1 Toxin AR
1 Toxin SMG
Runs 400 shields,355 armor for a total of 755, Sprt speed at 7.02.... LOLOLOL. Costs around 11k,but its a monster for the price...
Under 5K or get outta here!
