Around 360 Shields 216 Armor. I have Prof 4 in lasers.
Its not THAT cheap (around 7-8k) but i DIE very little on it.

If im not mistaken with this loadout (i m not near my PS3 to confirm,at work) It runs around 650hP+
For almost nothing ISK.
Will edit soon with the ACTUAL modules.
