Hi,
Did you ever enter the battle before the black screen?
Please tell me which one is the issue you encountered.
1. You select a contract in battle finder and witing for deployment. Then before you could see the loading screen, the black screen appeared and you found you returned to MQ after the black screen.
2. You had entered the battle and you could select a point to spawn. Then the black screen appeared when you spawned and you got kicked to MQ.
Your answer will help us to figure out what the problem is.

Can you tell me in which battle you encountered this issue? Or can you at least tell me when did this issue happen?
We need check the logs of the battle.

It's not same issue as the black screen, but our DEV team is already looking into the black screen issue and this issue.

Hi,
According to this information "PS button did not bring me to a menu or anything", you were encountering a crash/freeze issue. The reason why you could still chat with your friends is the VIVOX process wasn't dead at that time.
We've been aware of such crash issue and are working on it.
