Its all great but the gameplay let him down and they were good matches. I played 3 good skirmishes and I'm a logi so he saw more than just killing, I offered him a go and he wasn't interested, everything is great except the gameplay. Personally I love dust like a fool but it has to change somehow, I don't know how at the mo but it does.
While it's true that Dust is far from perfect, you can't judge a book by it's cover. In fact, you can't even judge a book by the first chapter. You have to dig into it, and experience it for yourself.
If he had put in 20+ hours, then gave his feedback, his opinion might be worth something. Until then, it's uniformed rubbish. If he didn't want to play, fine, but don't tell me a game sucks or is pointless if you've never played it. |

Hahaha you completely miss the whole point, 20 hours or even 6 months wouldn't have changed his opinion, dusts social side isn't enough, maybe re read my two posts mate. I love dust but you can polish a t u r d all you want, its still a t u r d to new players.
Lol. Your two posts mention nothing about social interaction. You specifically said he wasn't interested in the gameplay. He didn't play the game. What the **** does he know? |
