Well, if they actually buff LR I'll be happy with that n.n with reduced TTK for ARs a Laser Rifle is something "meh" even in its optimal range.
I really don't like Scrambler rifle, it's just because i feel it "laggy" somehow, probably because it doesn't shoot when I tap, but when I release, and by the way with all those Gallente logis/assault and the new heavy buff is not that efficient.
Rail Rifle... well I'm not going to state anything, simply because it's not out yet, but in general I prefer High RoF weapons

It doesnt appear to be an issue of gun-shy as much as overworked devs and the normal approval process for releasing WIP stuff. This is a big reason why CCP hired Saberwing, to come in and get some of these content feeds up and running. Saberwing has several projects in the works to get you guys more information, through regular channels, on a consistent basis. The main reason we don't see more blogs, vidblogs, website content, etc appears to be manpower, not willpower - and now that there's a person directly responsible for setting all these things up, we should be seeing more of it in the future.
