I will be training Combat Rifles, but i'll really go hardcore as soon as the forums have 4000 posts about how OP it is. shouldn't take more than a couple days. |

I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Gallente technology is clean and efficient. Minmatar is noisy, brutal, intimidating and about being a badass. I'll still have my collection of plasma rifles for when the situation calls for it but the Combat Rifle will be my go-to weapon.

Just cleared a mil for the CR. All the rest this month will be for Gal. Commando. If we get a respec, those SP will be going to lvl 5 electronics and engineering. |

FYI - CPM has been shown video of all the new rifles in action, and they're pretty solid. The Combat Rifle is quite similar to the Battle Rifle from Halo 3 - if you enjoyed that weapon, you'll enjoy the Combat Rifle. Its actually a bit faster ROF though, and quite accurate....I'd wager that most of the time those three shots should land unless the target is moving very fast or you go for a headshot and they move slightly. The big drawback of course, is that it GULPS ammo out of its small clip. You'll empty clips and have to reload more often than you would with the Battle Rifle from Halo. Timing your shots and reloads will be key with this one I predict.

No, I don't get the impression that anything is finished here by any means. TTK got worse the last time they fixed hit detectuon (which absolutely is something they should be doung) but it's taken another dip here in 1.6 obviously. We're actively discussing the problem with CCP in Skype. The heavy buff is one big step in the right direction so obviously CCP is responding to problem but there is also much more work to be done. |

Nope, already tried.  But CCP Saberwing is working hard on a project to start getting the community regular video content, so its very possible you might see preview stuff in the future. We're definitely encouraging CCP to share more and thankfully Saberwing is on board. |
