The way matchmaking works, I imagine, causes a kind of dialectical experience/ teamwork disparity. Players who chose to not squad will likely only perform so well. However, unless they decide to conspicuously consume their protogear to move into the uppder crust of tryhards, they will probably hover around in this middle zone regularly skirmishing against these similarly matched types.

Every now and then they may pop into the higher tiers of players, or low population times may mean that they get mixed in with proto-stomping bourgeois who aren't REALLY better, but are just paying for their victories.

You are probably stuck in the lower class because of your own choice to not squad with other players who you know are dedicated squaders. Use that social capital for upward mobility and leave your dirty, slimy, blue-collar-berries in the dust.

For the past 4 hours pretty much every single team I've been on has had no squads, no coordination and not a clue what is going on. People manning turrets and then just sitting there the whole game, LAVs driving circuits and not even attempting to attack/advance, tanks on the field and no one but me switching to AV to deal with them, blue dots chasing said tanks and peppering them with AR fire as they get gunned down from behind, no attempts to capture or defend letters, no logis on the field. Hell they weren't even zerging, at least that would of helped in some way. I know these are issues that we have all experienced before but after so many hours of trying to win in teams of headless, mentally handicapped chickens and having to play assault, logi and AV to try and give the team at least a small chance, well it *** me off big style. Rant over, I feel better now. Discuss and/or flame away.

Join a player run corp, should solve everything :) I was in PHI, but seemed to go pretty dead, or maybe its just because I'm UK and they're mostly US. Recently came back from a break so will be joining a corp sooner or later. Still doesn't change the fact there's so little teamwork in a team-based game.

I realise joining another corp would solve much of the issue, just needed to share the frustration I'm sure we've all had at some time or another.
