" From November 6 to 13, players will earn active Skill Points from battles at three times the normal rate. During the week, your weekly Skill Point cap will be tripled as well. Passive Skill Point gain will remain normal. "

SP cap; clarify.

Does this mean the 192,000 will be tripled or does this mean once you have capped the SP cap will be tripled? Sometimes CCP say something and it means another- they have been kryptic before.

no one is forcing you to cap out, no one is forcing you to log on every day for a bonus. its all on you. you want to cap out its on you and you can thank ccp for the bonus they are giving you or you can just ignore it and play the same amount you normally play and "oh whats this" bonus sp anyway. no one is forcing you to do anything. just accept the bonus and shut up

How about we just be grateful that they are offering bonus anything? Show a little class, show a little grace and just enjoy the bonus event.

What do you want? A 1/3 SP event, so you can get all the available SP in 1/3 the time?

What is the issue? People are mad about a bonus. The active SP has only caused problems and created greedy players who cry about everything they get. Bunch of Pu$$ys. My kids complain less.

Before the last event like this I was capping out nearly every week. I capped out during that event on two characters, one of which was through AFKing(never AFKed before or since - not going to do it again though as the reward wasn't really worth my time). Since the last event I have rarely capped out on even one character(the second being a heavy that hasn't been worth playing). That event wore me out and this one will do the same.

This event will lower the amount of time I play Dust overall as it will reduce my enjoyment of the game(I might play more often this week, but after that I will play less than I do right now).



In regards to AFKing. extra SP with no additional grind will make everyone happy. AFKing will remain the same as it is right now(only noticeable for a few days after reset).

Extra SP with additional grind will make some people happy. AFKing will be far more noticeable as there will be more AFKers online for longer detracting even further from the gaming experience that we already have.

AFKing is a problem in the first few days after a reset, with this event it will be a problem for three times as long - basically the entire event.
