that's what happened here, a large playerbase came, tried it out, couldn't do anything else because they couldn't get more SP or couldn't get respecs, so they quit.

its the time, it takes too long for someone to get the equipment they want, thus people leave... if it was easier say less SP sinks then people would probably stay instead of going to other games that give them what they want within a reasonable timeframe.
