After the buff that always on scanning distance is going to increase tremendously. With that fit you can still rock a Carthum Scrambler, TY-5 Scrambler Pistol, and Ishukone Gauged Uplinks. Passive scans are not shared with your team, but they are shared with your squad. A skilled scout could be a tremendous asset to their squad by being able to signal targets without warning the enemy by a "YOU HAVE BEEN SCANNED" notification. By opting for medium long range weaponry, you have the ability to get the drop on targets from a distance.
