Range Amplifiers have stacking penalties. So here how it works:
Gal Scout Pre-1.7 Max Skills: 22.5 meters 1 complex mod: 32.625 meters 2 complex mod: 45.38 meters 3 complex mod: 57.04 meters 4 complex mod: 64.31 meters
Gal Scout Post-1.7 Max Skills: 36 meters 1 complex mod: 52.2 meters 2 complex mod: 72.61 meters 3 complex mod: 91.27 meters 4 complex mod: 102.89 meters

>:D Not much, but it's progress. He could try and get up behind you, but that'd be hard with how well organized corps watch all angles. He could try to sneak into an objective an hack some stuff, but he'd probably realize through scans that there is always someone watching everything. He could relay your locations without warning you that you've been scanned, but that's still not quite as good as warning the enemy but also letting everyone see positions for themselves.
It is just a little less useless than it once was, but for pubs and FW it'll probably work quite well.

It's nearly at Gallente scout dropsuit level 5. And yes my alt does have a bit of its core skills up somewhat and it can sport enhanced range amps. If I had proto Gallente scout, I'd probably go 2 complex range amplifiers to get up to 72.61 meters, 1 enhanced profile dampener to beat proto scanners, 1 armor repairer to stay alive, and 1 complex precision enhancers to have better passive precision than advanced scanners.

Seems legit. Depending on how far you have speced into dampening, you should only show up with 30.37db profile. It would be helpful to add that additional Profile Dampener. If you have level 5 in either scout, then all you need to do to beat proto scanners, besides the duvolle focused which no one uses, is get level 3 dampening and equip one enhanced dampener or get level 5 dampening and equip one basic dampener.
