I want to read more about the lore of these empires. Things to read and speculate in the merc quarters.
Why do Amarrs like lasers, why do Gal favor armor, Why is Cal shield heavy? Why are Mins so fast? Why did this race choose speed over armor? Who are these people?
That being said, I love reading the scientific facts about the weapons and dropsuits. I want to read more. I wish I can change my avatar to coincice with the dropsuit I use most. |

I think more insight about lore ingame would be cool let noobs learn more about New Eden and get them more engaged.

It would be nice for newer players to learn more about the races. Currently this community is so ignorant of their own races and the ones they love to hate on, as well as how things tend to work in New Eden.....
It sometimes hurts listening to people make the oldest arguments in the newest ways....and getting schooled by tired old lore vets.

Yes, the lore is all out there, but it'd be nice to present it better to the players in game.

I was bitter enough to get border of the game, the bother to learn about it, then waste time on the forums.... we fit in between bitter open beta vet and bitter closed beta vet.

Reading a lil' about Gallente, they like their entertainment. So, I want to switch my MQ. I want the MQ to be a gallente experience. Have my flag and my lineage on display. ( The only way you can read about this in-game is by creating a new character).
I don't know if I'll remain Amarr, if the scout suit fits my style and I like how it looks then yes.
On another note:I just noticed the Gallente logo in one of the facilities. I was in awe of looking at the eagle. I was like "this is my home"
It will be awesome if you get a bonus for killing your "lore" enemies. By this, the player must be X race using that race's dropsuit.
ex. A gallente race outright kills a minmatar...+5pts?
Side note: Them eve players talk alot about dust. I can't wait to help my race and cause havoc for enemies in FW. |
