Theoretically they rock.
I mean I was running a poorly fit Sica and was loving the mobility of the Shield Hull. Sure I know that the rep rates are pretty poor but the resistances are damn good, and thinking forwards to the Shield injection module I cannot see why you would take Armour HAV of Shields.
Not to mention the Falchion bonuses to Rails, I'm pretty sure that's the bonus right, and Missiles being Armour HAV killers.
I cannot wait to seem more Caldari HAV on the field during the vehicle rebalance.

No troll I loved using my Sica tonight, to the point where I wished I'd specced Shield Tanks over Armour. Plus their design looks bad ass.

Well I mean as for a modus operandi for my tanking right now. If someone says they see a shield tank, I rush the thing, carefully, but rush it still since I know I can out brawl it.
If someone says armour tank I take it a little more slowly.

Plus their design looks bad ass. report for breaking RP Amarr will never use those weak shield tanks. NON-BELIEVER!! KILL EM!
Our tanks will be dual tankers, and I am wondering how to best take advantage of the benefits of shield's, aka passive explosive resistant regen, and armour, fast acting active HP regen.

I'm trying not to CQC anymore, mid range is where I want to be.
I personally want Large Blasters to be removed in favour of splash damage racial battle cannons...... but well....
