I only skimmed over the comments, but read the articles in full. It seems the rest of the gaming world as a majority agree each has its advantages and disadvantages. What I didn't see is elitists bashing the other control scheme to make them equal. They know one scheme may work better in some ways, but will fall short in others. I think it is ridiculous that in this game ds3 elitists think that the kb/m should have zero advantages, but believe ds3 advantages should still be kept. |

Exactly, i actually have my own experiences with this.... some pretty good kick ass players in CS:S that use the Xbox 360 controller in the PC... and trust me, you won't say that that guys are in a disadvantage.
is to many Scrubs dictating the direction that this game should take. And CCP REFUSES to listen to Vets that have been playing games for years. What is going to take CCP ? Stop being so blind. |

Give M/KB raw input and the ability to customize key layouts and DS3 can keep aim assist. Problem solved. |

Remove DS3 aim assist and give it better sensitivity and no acceleration along with KB/M raw imput. Problem solved.
As someone who uses gamepads exclusivelly for FPS even on PC and has used gamepads competitivelly, it just needs what I sudjest and console users need to adapt to real gaming. |

They should done that already ... but you know why they haven't yet ? Because good mouse user will be available to compete with good DS3 users... is as simple as that.
Trust me... CCP have already done few ninja buffings to the mouse... immediately my scores jumped from 5/5 to 20/3, soon after that they nerfed the mouse again in the next server maintenance.
Is ok for DS3 users to get that scores, but not for mouse users.... apparently. |
