Oh and have it got it through in my writing that she is not exactly a beauty, just some typical average person who when in the right light looks pretty, with a faint exotic charm to an otherwise conservative Amarrian.

Tell me the basic concept you want your character to represent, I have done this kind of bio coaching, and creation many times before.
