I am pretty knowledgable yes. I would tell you to make an ugly brute of a gallentean mob enforcer with no particularly nice qualities except of a mild schitzophrenic personality disorder, the occasional heart of gold, and a patriotic loyalty to his country...except most people would hate that bio. Tell me the basic concept you want your character to represent, I have done this kind of bio coaching, and creation many times before.

I'll just give out my bio.
Half Brutor, half Intaki. Born on Federation controlled Intaki Colony, near the outer edge of Federation Space. To protect the village I participated in an early Federation attempt at reverse engineer first generation clone implants. I saved the village. Though, I am unable to use any other implant as attempting to switch may cause DNA poisoning and permanent amnesia.
The implant has numerous side effects such as separate levels of consciousness and personalities. Occasionally sounds, texts and images emerge. Black outs have also transpired, where no one has been able to verify my location. These black outs can range anywhere from a few hours, to seven and a half months on one occasion.
Legally I can not be employed by any public agency of the Federation, mainly due to physiological concerns. Though, in an attempt to keep me from defecting, I was offered a job in a third party corporation that is actually privately owned by the government (Chatelain Rapid Response).
I became a convert to a Khanid sect of the Amarren religion after being cured of some of my more chronic issues regarding the implant.
I still follow the Intaki way, Ida, to the best of my ability, though, it is difficult regarding my job.
I went for two tours of duty in Minmatar-Amarr Space. I also served a long tour on Caldari Prime that was abruptly ended by a mistake on my part. I am currently being re-evaluated for mission tasking; I currently work as a bodyguard for field officers and as a transport of precious cargo.I also work priority operations for some independent corporations on occasion.
