As it should be. Keep sniping a respectable profession. Save it from the negative criticisms. No scrub hot you with a sniper rifle. Someone who bothers to use the sniper rifle hit you.
This should be pushed further though to allow only those who have specced into the skills to do well with the sniper rifle. Right now even a non sniper with a militia rifle can do well if they use it enough to get used to it. |

To begin I'm a dedicated sniper with tons of experience.
I don't think there is any issue at all with hit detection. In my opinion it's entirely a problem of connections. And individual connections at that. Some reds you have to lead a little to actually land a hit. Some you have to shoot directly. Some you have to actually aim behind their actual player model to hit them. I've switched from using the charge sniper to using the tactical, with its ability to quickly fire off follow up shots, and I've seen a vast improvement in my ability to feel out an individual targets correction needs. |

it you or the red dots that has bad game latency.
If you are getting flicker all the time, it must be you.
if you only get flicker on some player and not all the time, it the red dot.
If it PC, we all lag in PC.

Mostly have problems with sniper hitreg when trying to shoot while moving. Kinda sad really, I pull off some great shots despite how bad sniping in this game is. |

I've had rare occasions where my shots hit, shields flicker, hit detection shows but no damage dealt (with charge). Typically it will happen in one match quite often then I won't see it for the rest of the night. I have had one night so far I put all five shots into a target in the open and no damage... i gave up and went to netflix. |
