What if the missiles didn't track unless you still had the reticle on the tank. That way if someone kills the swarmer or they lose sight the swarms will just go haywire.

Cost has nothing to do with balance issues, so it's not relevant. You brought costs into this, like it has anything to do with balance or lack of it, when it doesn't. Swarms could cost 100,000,000 ISK and it would have nothing to do with whether or not Swarms are overpowered. Your logic is that because X costs more it should perform better.

You have obviously never had to take the time to go all around the perimeter of the map avoiding snipers, with no protection besides a Scrambler Pistol. In a suit that barely has more HP than a scout. No back up. With a squad of protos around the tank.

Evem with 2 dmg mods.

I've been pretty successful against tanks with the forge, but with LAV's I prefer swarms. I do occasionally mix it up. Overall, I prefer the forge because of more versatility in being AV and Anti-infantry.

HAV is a crutch, when swarm users get 8k buffer I will let your mother stay over sexual favour free from now on.
