When I can fly my dropship in a straight line for 10 minutes across empty plains, drone infested caves, dense jungles, arid deserts, districts locked in battle, districts with MCCs just aligning to prepare for battle, above RDVs, below the stars day and night, through clouds and fog, until every planet in New Eden is a sandbox of its own.
Thank god for my relative youth; I am optimistic about living long enough to see it. Whether or not I'll still be in a state to play it...

Never, they just put empty promises on playerbase and after they pull back. Nothing else, nothing new..actually wait they maybe told you something about "pretty new thingies on horizont" .. yeah on horizont, on the other side of planet and on planet in another galaxy. |

It all depends on definition of complete, for some may be in less a year, for others never. The problem is you have a developer that doesn't know when to quit, give up, and not reinvent the wheel. This universe is much of a sandbox to them as it is to us.
Eve Online is by far from feature complete. The next 10 years are going to look very scary and include quite a few unknowns.
Dust 514 is also very feature complete and for the time being we have a generally very good idea where we can be going. |

Idea is great but implemntation of thingies ingame is other thing. Honestly i still feeling really "beta". CCP should take their fist up and fecking go for something. What i feel right now is just lies and empty promises. Honestly in my eyes they dont achieve anything. Game is flat, weapons behave like something else but DEFO no like weapons. There is no strategy on maps at all. Technical part is just terribad. Boyo i know you must tell to community something, but be honest they really cut bigger piece than what they can eat. Dust is still like beta and what concerns me really big time is. Did they want to do yomething with the game and do it properly or they will just sent us "balancing" nonthing?!
Ill be honest, i expect from dust maybe more, but if someone tell me massive multiplayer etc. For me its mean it will be massive, not just laggy six boyos party. Thats first thingie.
The second one is weapons, design is awesome but atributes and feeling. Dust 514 team put efford maybe just on really OP rifles. Machinegun is beast in real life on +600m, how is possible to make it 20m maximum arm for game. Its quite ridiclous. Another thingie sawrmies here. Rocket lauchners, fecking Javelin in real have 0.6someting MACH and here tank/dropship just run/fly away?! Boyo like really?! AA Mines and here i-Śll be feckin dog. Where you saw mines visible, mines should be just less visible how its possible. I really think CCP team never had some army training.
Oki what next..yup vehicles. Boyo i drove a tank, how is posible to drive it a shooting at same time. I know maybe its future, but CCP here really lost tactical use for armor (honestly it same bust like with swarms, propele grenade lauchner or rocket lauchner is a tactical tool). Snipies, oki its a future again but snipin from crouch. Its not a choice of sniper i-Śll send here some photos from our funshooting.

And there is many more thingies, like exos what they told they will be here and we still dont have them. Racial arms and suits. Pilot suits etc. They just made AR514, game where assault rifle is king. And waiting for some proper update five years, boyo i really dont thing so. Dust 514 is already boring flatland now and with ps4 there will be more, by my sideof view, better titles. PS2 (real massive realtime online playing), Blacklight: Retribution (smaler but more versatile maps with awesome amout of customizable EVERYTHING!!) or Hawken (action mech simulator) and Destiny?! Im really sad, but if CCP dont start doing something this game will be lost before they EVE-time-Deadline.
After all that what they promised before and what i have/saw (mine 4x sent respec plead, without respec..unexpected changes ingame..unbalance after patch..laggy servers..invisible walls etc.). Its game in future and mechanix are crappy like hell. Player even can make a speedvault over the fence. Grenades are throwed like by some granny. Boyo i dont put trust in this game in five year plan, basicaly they dont have change. |
