Fix the bug BEFORE THE COMPETITION or at the very least say "hey guys we are running a competition and giving out cool stuff, but you only get the stuff if you play for a particular fac and by the way don't pay attention to the fac you are assigned to in the MCC wait until you are in the burn zone and then check the leaderboard before you start killing to ensure you are deployed on the right or intended side".

GET SOME PRIDE, fix this stuff before you have competitions. I wasted so much time starting matches just to leave (which does not always work) and restart a new match. What a pain!

This is messed up, now not only do we need to track our games to ensure our proper rewards, but now we need to verify which side we are playing for even after we select to only play for them. What makes it more frustrating is when you get deployed to the burn zone without time to see which side you are playing for and then have to leave a battle to not wast your time or SP. CCP needs to ensure the basic things are fixed before they get us to wast our time, the man hours ccp puts into responding to complaints of rewards not being given out correctly and the frustration they cause their player base is costing them waaay more money than to fix the issues first, test them out and then run a competition. Some one needs to get a clue at ccp and implement some quality control.

Often I might queue my squad for Gal FW and see that we're appearing under 'Caldari State' but still be fighting for Galmil once in the actual battle.

In the war barge your name is on the wrong faction side, however once you enter the match the initial spawn will list you as fighting for the correct faction. Which screen is lying i am unsure of. The next time it happens I will make a note, and put the information here. On average it happens once a night for me, I used to just quit the match and wait to reload then i began experimenting.

Everyone that thinks this has happened, please respond with all of these details. :) I believe they may be talking about the bug in the warbarge... for instance, you queue up for Amarr FW, but in the warbarge, on the screens that show player names, etc., they are shown on the Minmatar side. Once you get into the battle, however, you are shown as being on the correct side.

Often people in the same squad will see different factions listed even though the squad is all on the same team.

Munch It did If I get my proto suits then it's a warbarge issue, if i don't it's messed up in match. I tracked everything through my corp tax setting and only did faction warfare and have the exact balance to gain my proto suites. Might be taking a hit on free stuff to satisfy my curiosity

I don't know how many times it happened before that. Some were done in the MCC and some were done in the burn zone after I realized I was on the wrong team. Thanks

But it's a little alarming when you're apparently on the wrong side and that kind of thing leads to confusion like this. Will it be fixed anytime soon? It's been around for quite a while now.

On top of that it is a rare bug. On top of that some more it was only brought to our attention after this competition started. Can't say if I did enough games for the reward as I can not trust leader board Saw the display bug tonight at 2300 eve time in PC match for D-UNI, War Barge was different than leader board, others in the barge saw it correctly some did not. This is definitely a different bug
