Or when you meet someone who has an accent, and you say "Are you from England" but in fact they are from Ireland and take offense to your assumption, most likely due to the history between the two countries. I have seen this first hand a few times.

It's very important know that the players of dust not all speak english, and for we ( the spanish speakers) no always is easy understand the main ideas or rules, in this case in this planet.

Actually, they took the district from Militaires-Sans-Frontieres forcibly. (I did a little research on this.) That being said, MSF indicated it was fair, because they couldn't field a full team for the match. So it's easily explainable how they got on PFC without knowing the rules.

We've been under constant attack by Imminent Thread (LKC's alliance, translated to English) for at least three weeks now on PFC. I wonder if that will stop now that they realize they can't take the district without violating the rules. (Not that they were having much success anyhow.)

I didn't know that if you couldn't field a team once ot twice that you were kicked out of PFC or were allowed to be taken over.
