When I can spec into Gallente heavy I will try maxed out reactives and repairs and dmg mods fo' sho' For the low HP and resource that ferroscale require, it's better use a kin cat and a basic plate, with the bonus you can pass over the penalties and it result in a faster sprint, while normal speed when not sprinting is a little lower, but not that much.
Sooo, Gal heavy will have more than 1 high, beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Opinions? I use the reactive plates. I don't run scouts so no reason to use ferroscale, but I own a handful of them anyway for experimenting purposes. |

They only really have a benefit IMO to Gallente suit's... for it's benefit and draw backs... Which is interesting considering Minmatar's and Scout's should love them for the lack of speed penalties.
Penalties probably don't match the advantage. Is the consensus.

I do because I can't fit an armor repper, no seriously, I ise the reactive for its fitting cost. my caldari assault uses up every bit of cpu and reactive is a lil bit better for cpu

dmg mod "s", sorry I forgot there is only one high. I have no idea what the stats are on the Gallente, but an extra high would be surprising to me. |
