OK, I'll be more constructive.
1) Which class of suit do you like playing? Only put SP into that one. 2) If not a heavy, spend SP in AR's as a start. 3) Get your core skills to at least 3 (Shields/Armour/PG/CPU etc.). 4) If you have any spare SP think about equipment, such as hives/uplinks. |

This really. But before you throw sp into anything, read some of the threads here
https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=899
They are a few golden threads there, explaining class builds, with some good feed back from other players |

Can you tell us which class you want to play? Scout, assault, logi or heavy?
Do you have any idea which racial suit you would like to use? |

Basically this but I'd ignore CPU/PG and increase as you need them. No point leveling higher than needed. |

Don't touch them! For a while...
Make an alt char. Do all of the new tutorials. Browse marketplace and read every detail page for every item to wrap your head around it. Give it some time. Meanwhile troll the battle fields in militia suits with your alt and give all your ISK to your main.
When you will know what you want by yourself it will be easier to upgrade your main with all that SPs... |

I just read this post on the EVE forums. The real question is do you have the ISK to buy all those books you need? |

if it was me i'd suggest using it on maxing a proto suit of choice because that wait is frustrating in the long run, then get yourself specced into a decent proto weapon, then focus the remaining skills on your shield pg electronics and armor skills |

+1
Best advice that could be given imo.
Play a few roles try some stuff out. You get a chance to build out a seriously great setup as long as you make sure you go with the right role and figure out whats needed for that role. |

Don't do anything untill you know what role you want to fill, what weapons you want and ect.
But make sure when you do decide you upgrade your dropsuit first, then upgrade the other skills (just incase you run outta SP).
Then after you upgrade your weapon and profiency to Lvl 5 go for your core skills
If you decide to become a logi, try to get your nanite, drop uplink, repair tool, and active scanner to lvl 3 (Lvl. 4 if possible).
If you still have SP left over then I'd just save it (unless your really need or want it) , because in the coming weeks CCP is gonna come out with new weapons and equipment |

Make sure you skill into a dropsuit, because if you don't then you will just be a glass cannon, and it won't matter how much damage you do if you can't live long enough to damage someone. |

Ok... LR Ammo is useful, but 5... and LR rapid reload 5 too... they were not really that necessary at this point. Engineering 5 and Electronics 5 was too much too, could have leaved it at 4 or upgraded as needed. Shields... Getting the extension 5 before the Recharging 5 would have been better (complex extenders give 2x hp than adv extenders).
And you have zero SP invested in suits. Since you invested in the LR you may want to go for a Amarr Assault now, but fast suits also fare well with the LR. So, you will need about 500k to get a Normal frame to lvl 3 and start at the Assault frame lv 1.
Ah, and toss some SP in grenades, the militia ones are really bad and it's cheap to unlock the basic nades (in weaponry). And equipment. Learn to use at least a basic nanohive, not that... fitting will be an issue, so you may forget about this but they are in the Nanocircuitry skill in the Dropsuit Upgrades tree.
Not perfect, but was a good shot. Have fun melting people with the LR. Which reminds me... Damage Modifiers. Yeah 500k SP to get those at complex and you will need them to properly use the LR. Each one gives you +10% damage and they are mandatory in the LR (stacking penalties apply so two of them are enough). Only you won't be able to fir complex damage in militia/basic suits...
...
Well, work on these and have fun. o7
