Personally I'd like to see ringer intensive corps gangked out of PC, mercs are in war for profit, not for the sake of it, mercs hiring mercs tops the list of stupidity for me but obviously alliance ringers is absolutely fine.

Exactly my point on who the hell wants people to fight for them like that? Its totally irresponsible.
Not enough mercs? Tough sht lose your district and take it back soon.
Not enough mercs to ever field a team? Tough sht you shouldn't even be thinking about PC yet.
Your corp isn't even ready or in proto yet? You are fked then.
That's the responsible new Eden htfu way, now let's examine what's happening
Not enough merc? That's OK you don't ever have to fight to keep your district.
Not enough mercs to field a full team? That's OK you only need 3, the rest will be done for you.

No malice here just painting the picture.
And seriously, all the corps suffering inactivity are just not training or seeking new potential talent.
But anyway the one that over rules EVERYTHING is the fking lag and booting grrrr arghh

I've said it once and I'll say it again:
Players are going to play how they want a play. And in a sandbox, there is no right or wrong way to play.
Fortunately, CCP has been and is addressing actual PC exploits and issues. Notice CCP hasn't noted hiring out PCs to other corps as an exploit.  |

Alliance members is obviously fine yeah. If all these corps need ringers constantly and don't even have eve side, why are they in existance? Why don't they disband and join the corps of the people who ring for them lol |

see, this is the thing.
DUST alliances have evolved into Gaming Communities. Its not just that RND is a part of the DUST Eon. alliance its that RND is part of the Eon. gaming community and that trumps "no reason for technical reason to be in an alliance"

Sorry AE and 0.H are actually helping the game by trying to build up other corps. We use ringers because we want to get others involved unlike other corps 0.H and A.E can field teams of 16. Sry your corp is bored cubs but don't come whining on the forums lol.
What u talking about? I simply made a comment on the makeup of PC matches recently. My corp isn't 'bored'. They are enjoying other games and we are building back up. Trust me if and when I get a crew again I will forget how to spell 'mercy'.
congrats on having 16 that can't beat STB with your 16. Vs them and 5 Ringers.
