Hello,
How does one get these? Are they salvaged? Thanks  Just wondering cause this guy went 45-3 with me being one of the three. I killed him after like 7 attempts. He had GAR21. Then he switched to the top tier scrambler rifle and was even more of a threat. He could engage a heavy and cut him down in 4-5 seconds while being engage from behind... Turn and cut that person in half. Then only then could I pop out grenade him and empty a 3/4 of a clip into him at medium range while he was reloading...Even that did not kill him. At least I am being honest. He blew himself up when his scrambler over heated. Tough bastard. Toughest single threat I have encountered. After the kill, if I heard a scrambler I did not go that way.

Yeah he was using a Balac's gar21 (Officer assault Rifle)
Of which can only be received through salvage (or the upcoming squad tourney ) |

Good weapon but even more rare now than they were in Chromo. What sucked was that there had to be some sort of weight placed on what you spec'd into because 80% of the time you got weapons you couldnt use. I have a ton of Gatun's and Thales collecting DUST (tee hee). |

If only we could trade! There is a 50%/50% chance I'll run out of Thale's before I finish my AR fit. Of all the officer weapons, I think the Thale's is the most necessary to have to make my role (sniper) relevant in PC.

haha, thats nothing. before the great respec I had 5 or 6 sagarises and like 20-30 balecs ARs I could pilot a surya, I never salvage a surya not one. current build, i have 3 balecs ARs and I can use them along with 30 cala submachine guns and piles of HMGs and forge guns and about everything else that i can't use. |

You forgot about the derpships... derpship salvage everywhere.. those were the reason that everyone got hundreds of millions of ISK in the respec. |

GAR21 is rather impressive, noticed how he didn't use it after dying once.
Sounds like a semi-decent player. He probably either laughed or raged when he killed himself, lol.
Of course, he was down to less than 50HP, so he was a goner anyway, but its embarrassing to die like that; noobishly. |

TBH when your wreaking you dont think about the jam or overheat of that weapon you think how many times do I have to reload to take out these next 6 guys charging at me? |

i would rather kill myself than giving a proto scrub with his AR the kill. |
