Question about the maps/sockets: you said before that the 26th/27th will give teams that signed up by the 24th a chance to familiarise themselves with the maps. Will we be able to get maps (like the feedback threads) for use in preparing ourselves, since some teams have not had the opportunity to actually see the maps?

As someone above said, it's so that all of the byes are out of the way immediately. It may seem a little unfair initially, but it prevents later rounds becoming easy when the further into a tournament you get, the fiercer the competition should be. |

I have an issue with one of my team members: they signed up on the ESL website on the 24th and tried, repeatedly to apply their dust character name to their account and, despite those attempts, his dust character was not added. Player ID: 8010353, Dust Character name that has not been applied is "Kirito Mustumura."
I have submitted a ticket to ESL on his behalf, but thought I would also bring it up here. He quite evidently attempted to follow the sign up procedure (and I even laid out a step-by-step for my team to follow) yet his Dust character is not linked. I would very much like it if the situation could be rectified, as he was looking forward to participating.
