5 teams with a buy in round one... shouldn't they be fighting I would like to see a screen shot of the randomizer that picked these teams teams and brackets. They come off little biased if you ask me wasn't this supposed to be a competitive tourney?

As to why there are multiple teams with byes in the first round, we decided to have the byes in the first rounds rather than later. In order to make sure everyone had an opponent in the second round, we had to have multiple teams having byes in the first round. No, if you understand how brackets work, when you don't have perfect numbers like 8, 16, 32, 64 etc. you give the higher teams byes. I am sure the randomizer was legit. SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE TOURNEYS This is something I just thought of in lieu of being unlucky with the seeding. Saturday NightPool play: Think of this like the FIFA World Cup Tournament, you play each Country (Team) in your pool once Sunday NightSingle Elimination: Think of this like the FIFA World Cup Tournament, if you advance (top 16), you play in a single elimination tourney and can get more accurate seeding based on results in team play.
note to self Do not put money on the winners of tournaments run by Corrupt dev's and a Tourney manager with specail interests... Got it. Mr Tech Care to do an interview for my radio show some time in the near future ?

JUST saw the brackets up for the teams. We're going against CFBI Lima, but when checking the match time scheduled, it shows: Saturday 2/11/13 1800 h. Questions: Is that the CORRECT time versus the 1900 for NA Eastern time, or am I reading this incorrectly, or am not reading the correct time zone? Could you please clarify this ASAP. ESL has posted one time versus what we have been told. I would HATE to lose because we couldn't tell time, lol!

Lord Echo Prime You are not wrong, for some reason all the times are an hour behind what they should be, i will fix this now (the brrackets will disappear for a while, they will reappear later)
There are 6 names on that list if 5 people failed to enter names that means either they registered 11 people or your doing favors for ppl again... naughty boy this does not bod well for the validity of your tourney.

Also G.A.C. may have forfeited to M.H.M.S by not meeting the 5 Min attendance time.

the 5-minute forfeit is after the scheduled start time (which is 2300 UTC), not warbarge. I have connect events at 22:58UTC which is 7 minutes before. The Warbarge opens 10 minutes early so everyone has a chance to get connected to the battle before the battle starts.
Acceptable but update your wording on such matters for future events

Unfortunately there's no way to go back and grant them, so you'll just have salvage from now.
could you not calculate the avg. of salvage in isk value from other matches and pay us out in isk seeing as our prfoit from these matches before the finals is supposed to be the salvage?

A couple of things already on the list:

Stream line the application process is the only real issue,
higher is pay outs 3rd prize didnt nearly cover 1/2 of what was spent in battle would be nice.
Other than that maybe smaller sockets for single squad games.. way to much running to objective 300-400m maybe but 600+ 3rd map i think it was was excessive.
Any word on the isk payouts for those who did not receive salvage round 1?

When the market opens up that is. Balac's sniper and Balac's SMG were closed beta tourney rewards, along with the Balac's dropsuit. So some people have this, but it is a rather small amount of people.
I did not know that , I came in open beta. Either way there number available in game is most likely under 50 unless a whole team from this tourney picked them and even then its under 100 new copies of them floating around.
