I have broken the other team's hold on the Null cannon in many Domination maps. A skilled Suicide bomber with Remote explosives can be almost as good as an Orbital strike at breaking a teamGÇÖs hold on an objective. (A really good bomber might actually survive.) Usually I make 3 or 4 failed attempts before I get a successful bombing run, so it kills my KDR, but it can be quite effective.
On my Heavy I have broken the other teamGÇÖs hold on the Null cannon several times with a coordinated push on the objective. Good use of grenades, strategic use of cover, and having someone tossing down dome Uplinks helps a lot.
It is all about breaking the defence. It is hard to do, but it can be done. I have even had Dominations matches where the Null Cannon changed hands 3 or 4 times. The games that I hate are the ones where the other team never leaves their red zone.

Again, if you think the first team to take the terminal wins, then you are doing it wrong.
I have not had a lot of trouble with snipers. You just need to know where to take cover.
To hack an objective covered by a Sniper you need multiple people (preferably some heavies) so that the sniper canGÇÖt kill you all before you complete the hack. It is best to have Uplinks near by so you can respawn to defend.
Once you take the objective you no longer have to be right at the terminal to keep the other team from taking it. So just use cover, and if you have to come into the open, move erratically.
When you get snipers on tall buildings it is helpful to counter snipe if they are being too annoying, or have someone go after them with a dropship, or use an orbital to clear the uplinks.
I find Forge Guns to be more problematic than normal Snipers. If a Forge Gunner has a bead on the terminal, you may have to coordinate your hacking efforts with a counter sniper who can work on convincing the Heavy to keep his head down.
