No rules were violated, by Subsonic Synthesis. I explained everything to you today, personally in mail. I made a previous post that inquired about this matter and cleared it up about a week ago. That is here:

"The Loathing" from TSOLE has even posted a statement further backing up what I have just said, located at the end of the link above.
There may be people on PFC that are in violation of the rules, but this is not an example of one.
Facts are the day after Subsonic Synthesis got the district from Subdreddit. I personally contacted both parties, and the district was already on it's way to being returned to Subdreddit, before I even checked up on it. Neither parties were disgruntled, and both had agreed to remedy the problem. There was no need for anyone to step in The district Pradox 1 took from Subsonic Synthesis needs to be returned to them. No rules were violated. |

"7a) Attacks can be auto re-upped and all(*see note*) districts should be converted to Cargo hubs. 150 clone MAX for any
attack.. if you cant kill 51 clones in 2 matches, then honestly, you don't deserve to have a district
*NOTE* hubs are not a requirement, but recommended for low tier corps."
This rule Pardox One both violated and also proves Subsonic Synthesis innocence.

The original rules for fight club are general guidelines. Ones that need to change, and when the do they need to be made known to all that have districts on PFC, before they can be enforced by the community.
It has been made obvious in posts, outside this thread, that some parties want to see PFC burn, just because they are bored. But PFC is one of the few GOOD player made things to come out of this game.
If you like PFC Don't let the trolls burn PFC. |

Personally when I attack only use PFC to train my new players. Those battles are open to all members of Molon, not just those PC qualified.
Making a rule like that would really complicate things, NTM clear nearly half of PFC ATM.
I see PFC as place for training and a neutral place to fight someone without starting a war over it.
I guess the most important question would be how many corps are out there that want to, can, and are willing to field a 16 man team up to 3 times a week, that are not already on PFC?
Also when a noob fights a noob does anybody really learn anything? |

I have admired Cubs work on PFC, and I told him so on many occasions. During the FEC war, I fought to keep PFC off limits to attacks from the FEC. However, you are not Cubs.
You took a situation which was already dealt with, and did not require you to get involved. You, decided to name yourself in charge of policing PFC, even though neither injured party asked you to. You broke the rules of PFC yourself. Now you are rejecting other people thoughts on the matter and are going to do whatever you wanted to do in the first place.
NTM It seems the only person, that is not happy with Subsonic Synthesis getting their district back is you. |
