I log on to find -205000 SP, after getting the bonus it jumped to 160000sp. that is still less than what i logged off with the previous day. thinking its the UI issue other get i followed all the advice the devs gave to fix it with no luck. So which dev do i blame for missing SP? Im beyond pissed that my hard earned SP was taken away for no reason!

File a bug report and contact customer service, its what I did, got my sp back.

any proof you had to provide? everytime i have contacted customer support they came back saying they wont do anything unless i provide pages of photos showing the issue. I also still would like to know which dev is to blame for screwing up again

this is not the first time i have had an issue with my account. I have contacted customer support in the past. that is what i said. no where did i say i contacted them for this incident and no where did i imply i did

Then why didn't you take a picture of the minus SP? That would have proved your story beyond a doubt, you wouldn't have needed to take pictures of your sp every day, right now it probably looks to customer support that someone is trying to get free sp.

as i stated int he OP it went from the minus SP up to 160000. it reflects a positive balance with is below what i logged off with. in the seconds from the screen poping up to it finishing the addition of daily sp i had no time to take a camera out and take a picture.

Again, have you even contacted support yet? If not do so, explain your situation to them and ask them to check your sp values for the last couple of days, if so why the **** are you attention whoring?
