Until then you are a self-serving troll that is devolving this game down to an epeen pissing contest. Posts like this comes across as nothing more than rage and jealousy and holds no argument. Posts like this should come across as concern for game development and balance as a product rather than a narrow-minded view of game play that only serves to inflate one's own ego. Forget what you can do in the game as your make-believe alter ego and worry about how the game works as a product that is going to retain a player base. I'll make the point again that everyone is going to eventually be in proto level gear. More players will play that are more skilled. The difference is those who justify easy, cheap game play with zero sportsmanship versus playing in the spirit in which the game was designed. Who cares how many pixels you can shoot? You are exploiting a poorly developed feature and justifying it for lols. What are you going to do when that feature is gone? Complain that you are losing too much despite better game balance and overall enjoyment? You can go to any poorly developed game and be number one at exploiting the bad game balance. A good game with good balance can be supported by anybody regardless of how good they are at it or if they even play at all.

There has never been balance, and in truth a lot of the player base has them selfs to blame alongside CCP.
AR is op always has been, but as soon anyone says so, the argument is lost in so much flame it becomes nothing more than troll wars. *and just to add I don't use AR weapons.
Heavies.. used to be a challenge to drop, but too many didn't like this idea so CCP's nerf bat came along, hence we have the current state we have now.
Tanks.. called op, CCP adjusted them, hence the current state we have now.
Nova knifes.. just the same.
I can sit here and list a crap load of stuff that has been nerfed/adjusted just because the player base has cried op, op, op.
More players are leaving over lack of content than anything else.
Matchmaking is poor, this I agree on, but its not my fault or my proto suits fault.
The academy needs a total rethink, I made a logi alt the other day, and on my first match in academy wearing basic gear, I won 2403 war points, no new player stands a chance with a system like that.

Tbh no I am just defending my right to wear what I have focused my skills into, I like playing FW. I dont belong in a player owned corp, hence I don't play pc, I am a casual player, and I dont care if I lose too much, I only wear what I can afford to lose in the first place. Some days are good, Some days are bad, most of the time it evens out.

Most of my skill points have came from passive points, there are players that have played less time than me but has more points due playing more games, as well as those using boosters. That's life in a game that's skill point driven.
They will always be somebody higher skilled, better geared and no amount of balancing will change this, in any game.

The thing is your a sniper, and that carry's a bad name, ppl will always jump on the redline/KDR *****-in aspect,.
