it's horrific, my eyes bleed, and they spam them as well, of the 30-40 alliance mails i've gotten all but 3 have been all caps. and most of the time its about trivia, stuff that could be dealt wih through alliance chat, i mean a form up reminder for an alliance attack makes sense, but sending it 10 times along with a good luck message with too many exclamation marks is just annoying, i miss the ROFL alliance mails, they were not only well written but they had class and humour as well.
