You are an idiot. Let me get that out of the way first and foremost.
Now to the point. Logi's getting 2000 war points means they are dropping ammo for you to kill, they are dropping uplinks for you to spawn on when you die, means they are doing something productive to earn you an orbital to change the course of the battle for better or worse (hardly ever for worse).
I don't care if all you do in a match is just "wave your scanner" because that means that I can see everything around me. So please just go around scanning and forget killing. In fact from what I've seen tonight my squad of 6 killed 96 clones out of 150 and we lost because the rest of our team lost 133 clones. Some people went 0/25!!!!! If you do nothing else just scan so we can do the killing for you.
And lastly, for you idiots (in particular the guy who started this senseless QQ post) please keep driving your cars so we can continue to swarm and forge you down for being MORE than useless. You're not scanning anything. You're not killing anything (anymore), you're simply DRIVING around annoying EVERYONE that you run into. Stop that. Be productive and stop complaining about others that are earning war points. |

As soon as I read the the part where you think Orbitals Change the course of a battle, I chalked you up as a scrub and stopped reading... Orbitals are only cool to those who have never obtained them. They don't do jack sh!t 98& of the time.
The moment you started typing you became an idiot like the person who started this thread. Orbitals can change the course of battle and often do with every single domination. See: Bridge Map, if you have any questions.

Logis are support class and when the role is done right, their help is invaluable to the team. Love your Logi... We all love our Logis, but they don't have to be in harms way. They are only as good as their team is bad. They can throw their Uplinks, revive, and heal people all day long, and they get rewarded for it more than the people who are on the ground doing the fighting and taking the objectives. I logi myself, its an easy way to farm WP without having to really do anything, especially anything that takes even a minute of skill
And this is why you are in a non-competitive corporation and no one knows or even cares who you are. |

My apologies if I may seem angry. I'm tired of reading posts of people that have no idea they are in a hardcore competitive game. Yes, this is hardcore because of the cost associated with losing. Yes, this is competitive because profit lies in the territory one controls. So YES, I take this game seriously because I want to win and I want to see my group of friends win.
Because you don't know who I am you have made a comment that insinuates that I leech off of my corp mates and ride off of their name. As it turns out, I'm one of the founding members of our corporation and our alliance and I play a crucial role in keeping our extremely successful group together. I take pride in our success and in our failures and yes we've had many of both. Every member in our corporation has earned their way into our group and has contributed in some way to our success. Otherwise they would not be in our group.
If you want to be successful in this game and in any hardcore competitive game like this one you must take it seriously, at least while you play. That means stopping your QQ threads and stop crying about what is unfair and figure out waits to beat it. That also means looking at game mechanics in new ways and figuring out how to use them to your advantage. This implies you take it seriously. This also implies that you join a serious corporation; a corporation that wants to compete. |
