I've read multiple times that Mercenary Armors will be removed from game from 10/08, but I couldn't figure out if the Assault C-1 "Raven" armor will remain or not.
Besides, I would like to ask if such armor includes any armor or not.

Just means you can't buy them anymore. But i hope they wouldn't get rid of bought BPOs as well... man wtf... |

Everywhere you read "removed from game" it actually said "removed from in-game market".

I forgot to mention that I have not bought it yet, I'm planning to do it soon or later.
I would like to know if it will remain in the shop or not, and in such case if I must buy it before 10/08.
