Tip: no speed! Speed was the $hit in 1.1, 1.2 things got broke,1.3 we suffered every aspect, 1.4 smg/sg is king, 1.5 waiting, 1.6 everyone screams nk an sg are op!
Speed seems to do more bad than good, I just don't feel 1.1 fast anymore so I changed, I tried many things on my fit an also have both scouts proto an this is what I have noticed. Shields suck! They drop to fast an they come up too slow. Gallente has hardly any an minmatar has hardly any armor , they are the reverse of each other with one major difference. Gallente has more HP an more CPU an the min is about .30 faster after you level biotics to 5. So that means your mini runs 8.36 without speed Gallente about 7.78 or something ( top of my head maybe it's 8.01 who knows) but the gallente needs armor for HP an speed to even that out, I believe a complex armor will land you almost 300 armor an a complex red will balance you around 8.56 or something.
Now with a min being shield based an them dropping so fast your armor gets chiseled , too many times you die, especially when ur scanner takes your compact spot. So ur shields drop ur running with 30 armor praying they come back soon, an buddy is chasing you. Now their up u have 270 shields 30 armor, scanning to see his direction is gonna get you dead, next encounter might kill you now you gotta replace armor, one more hard encounter your dead especially a scr. Now your desperate, you can't hide, your confidence is dropping because your knives are gonna make you hasty, your suits fast, too fast, so when you attack your movement speed makes you miss.
Drop the speed, drop the cardiac, use a adv shield regulator an a armor rep( yes especially on the mini)! Scouts need full health always! I tested the reg by jumping off a building, 1 one thousand 2 one thousand, shields up! And with a enhanced rep with level 5 your full again before your shields practically. This way you have the element of SUPRISE !
Hurt scout I'm gonna chase him! Comes around corner to a fully recovered pis$ed off scout just waiting! WTF! It's even better when your holding a shotgun!
Now the gallente can take a better beating BUT with the reverse scenario see now you get hurt with less shields mor armor. So you need your shields to come back ASAP so they can cover your healing armor, this way as your shields are being hit back down again your armor is coming up! An you have mor of it and it's stronger! Unles u get blown to bits.
Now this is the key to knifing , shotguning , scouting, you need the sheiks deplete delay fast as hell an armor reps. This makes gallente the stronger suit, in a sense but not the proto. The adv gallente can have over 200 shields an over 160 armor, with a enhanced shield reg an armor rep, I dropped one after the other with a sg for a 12 kill streak of non stop action, in the open by tuning an ducking for 2/3 whole seconds an boom full health. Now with the gk0 you could run 1 c. Red Complex shield reg Complex armor Complex armor rep Complex shield, Scanner Nades Knives Smg an still have mor HP than
Mk0 3c shield Same weapons An complex reg an armor rep I actually don't think that would fit unless ur maxed on all reductions an core pluses.
