(Because they're staple units. They're what mostly everything else should deflect off on, this doesn't mean they're incapable of being balanced though when the environment calls for it.)

I appreciate that a lot. I've still a lot to learn, honestly - including limiting my occasional outbursts. I shifted those from targeting CCP to other players and, suffice to say, once I learn to not target other players (and just let **** go) then I may be ready for the CPM but currently I don't feel I've the patience or control for it.

Though, we still have a good six months until fan fest - when the elections usually occur. So I think I'll be okay by then =D

Im very curious as to what a non scout hipster would view as making scouts balanced.
