Anyways, It should be a equipment infantry side and gains wp's, and should be a passive module (low ROF of course) that is although better than the infantry version, doesn't gain any wp's, as your most likely blocking swarms from hitting you.

If it were equipment you would see swarm missile/defender missile fits. I don't think that should go together. Having it as a light weapon would be more practical. And on the module thing I think chaff would be an active module AV countermeasure. For a passive module maybe a shield where if missiles or forge gun comes close it activates and reduces the damage by ~50%.

Disrupts the magnetic field enveloping a forge gun shot, reducing damage. It also disrupts the missiles tracking system, cause the missiles to hit non-optimal targets. Reduces damage by three quarters, as the missiles hit the more thickly plated/shielded vehicle hull
